Welcome to RICH OFF PROMPTS™. By accessing or using our website, blog, downloads, membership areas, subscription content, generators, tools, communities, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account, subscribing, downloading content, using our generators, or accessing our materials.

1. Membership & Access

RICH OFF PROMPTS™ provides public content, free resources, account-based downloads, selected member areas, subscription content, generators, tools, and private or limited-access resources.

Certain features, downloads, communities, private hubs, generators, coded systems, or subscription areas may be invite-only, limited-access, subscriber-only, or subject to approval.

When you subscribe, create an account, or receive access to protected content, that access is for your personal use or your own business use only. You may not share your login, distribute private materials, leak member-only content, or give unauthorized access to anyone outside the approved community.

We reserve the right to update, change, limit, suspend, remove, replace, or discontinue features, content, tools, generators, access, or services at any time in order to maintain, improve, test, or protect the platform.

2. Content & Usage

All content published by RICH OFF PROMPTS™, including prompts, workflows, guides, tutorials, videos, downloads, templates, graphics, designs, articles, captions, systems, generators, coded keys, educational materials, and creative tools, is provided for personal and business use.

You may use our materials to support your own creative projects, business content, branding, AI-generated images, digital products, marketing ideas, workflows, client concepts, or content creation.

You may use outputs generated from your own inputs, ideas, uploads, or selections to create your own original products, visuals, content, branding assets, marketing materials, and creative projects. This permission applies to your generated outputs, not to the underlying RICH OFF PROMPTS™ systems, generators, coded keys, prompt frameworks, layouts, written materials, or internal structures.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, repost, repackage, upload, share, publish, leak, duplicate, reverse-engineer, or present our materials as your own without written permission.

You may not use RICH OFF PROMPTS™ content to create competing prompt packs, paid guides, courses, memberships, databases, templates, generators, coded language systems, or digital products that copy, closely imitate, extract, or redistribute our original materials.

We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts, strategies, workflows, generators, coded systems, or resources. Outcomes may vary depending on your tools, effort, creativity, skill level, input quality, platform updates, AI model behavior, and how you use the material.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout, such as monthly or yearly billing.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. RICH OFF PROMPTS™ does not directly store your full payment card information.

You are responsible for managing your subscription, payment method, renewal, cancellation, and account access.

Refunds are not guaranteed once digital content, private materials, downloads, member-only tools, generator access, coded keys, subscription content, or membership areas have been accessed. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not promised.

Failure to complete payment, chargebacks, payment disputes, misuse of access, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Community Guidelines

RICH OFF PROMPTS™ may include community features, private groups, comment sections, challenges, subscriber areas, account-holder spaces, or invite-only communities.

By participating, you agree to be respectful toward other members. Harassment, threats, spam, hate speech, bullying, copying, scamming, leaking private materials, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

You may not share invite codes, private links, member-only content, screenshots, downloads, prompts, workflows, coded keys, generators, internal instructions, or private materials outside the approved community without permission.

We reserve the right to remove posts, restrict access, cancel memberships, or revoke community privileges if these guidelines are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, names, logos, articles, prompts, systems, workflows, designs, downloads, templates, images, generators, coded keys, educational materials, and other original content published by RICH OFF PROMPTS™ belong to RICH OFF PROMPTS™ unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to, RICH OFF PROMPTS™, ROP™, #PLY, THE STYLIZED SOCIETY™, YUNG SYNTAX™, related brand language, prompt systems, coded prompt structures, written materials, visual concepts, generator layouts, and downloadable resources.

You may not claim ownership of our materials, remove branding, alter materials for resale, recreate our systems, or present RICH OFF PROMPTS™ content as your own original work.

For clarity, users do not receive ownership rights in any RICH OFF PROMPTS™, ROP™, #PLY, THE STYLIZED SOCIETY™, or YUNG SYNTAX™ system, generator, coded key, member key, framework, layout, written instruction, prompt-language structure, or branded creative system. Access to these materials is a limited use license only.

Any unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, reposting, leakage, reverse-engineering, or commercial misuse of our content may result in removal of access and further action.

6. YUNG SYNTAX™ / ROP™ Generator License

YUNG SYNTAX™, ROP™ generators, #PLY systems, prompt frameworks, coded keys, member keys, prompt-language systems, generator layouts, written instructions, internal structures, workflows, templates, and related digital tools are owned by RICH OFF PROMPTS™ unless otherwise stated.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use these tools for personal use, business use, creative practice, AI image testing, brand-building, content creation, marketing ideas, and the development of their own original products, visuals, offers, or creative projects.

Users may use generated outputs created from their own inputs, ideas, selections, uploads, or creative direction to make their own original content, digital products, graphics, visuals, branding assets, social media content, client concepts, mockups, marketing materials, and creative projects.

However, users may not resell, redistribute, repost, repackage, copy, reverse-engineer, duplicate, teach, upload, publish, share, leak, or claim ownership of any YUNG SYNTAX™ / ROP™ generator, coded key, member key, prompt framework, prompt system, written instruction, layout, design structure, brand language, or internal creative system.

Users may not sell, license, distribute, or offer any copied, slightly modified, decoded, extracted, or recreated version of a YUNG SYNTAX™ / ROP™ generator, coded key, prompt system, framework, course material, member resource, or digital tool as a standalone product, prompt pack, generator, template, membership resource, course, guide, database, digital download, or competing offer.

Users may not use YUNG SYNTAX™ / ROP™ materials to create a competing prompt system, coded language system, AI generator, course, membership, template shop, prompt pack, or digital resource that copies, closely imitates, or substantially recreates the structure, wording, layout, branding, naming, coded key system, generator logic, or creative framework of RICH OFF PROMPTS™.

Some YUNG SYNTAX™ / ROP™ tools, coded keys, generator systems, and member-only resources may be limited to subscribers, account holders, private groups, approved testers, or paid members. Member-only materials may not be shared outside the approved access area. This includes screenshots, copied keys, generator code, private instructions, internal systems, prompt frameworks, and exclusive resources.

YUNG SYNTAX™ Tier 1 and other coded prompt systems are provided for learning, testing, creative practice, prompt organization, and creative development. They are not represented as legal protection, full encryption, guaranteed security, or a substitute for copyright, trademark, or professional legal protection.

Generated outputs may vary depending on the AI platform, model, user input, uploaded image quality, settings, prompt interpretation, and other external factors. RICH OFF PROMPTS™ does not guarantee specific image results, business results, engagement, income, sales, platform approval, or output quality.

Violation of this section may result in restricted access, removal from member areas, cancellation of membership, refusal of future service, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

All rights are reserved by RICH OFF PROMPTS™.

7. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use any prompts, strategies, downloads, workflows, generators, coded systems, or content provided by RICH OFF PROMPTS™.

You are also responsible for reviewing the terms, rules, and usage policies of any third-party AI tools, platforms, software, payment processors, marketplaces, or services you use with our materials.

RICH OFF PROMPTS™ is not responsible for account issues, output errors, image generation mistakes, platform changes, rejected prompts, copyright concerns, moderation decisions, account bans, software limitations, or results created through third-party tools.

8. Disclaimer

RICH OFF PROMPTS™ provides prompts, strategies, educational resources, creative systems, business-related content, generators, and coded prompt tools for informational, educational, and creative use.

We do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or professional advice. Any business, creative, financial, or legal decisions you make using our content are your own responsibility.

We are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, creative, financial, reputational, or business outcomes connected to your use of our website, content, downloads, prompts, subscriptions, generators, tools, communities, or services.

9. Privacy & Data

We may collect limited personal information, such as your name, email address, account details, subscription information, purchase details, and usage information, in order to manage access, provide downloads, process subscriptions, communicate with you, protect the platform, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to RICH OFF PROMPTS™ content, accounts, memberships, communities, generators, tools, downloads, coded systems, or services if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

This includes, but is not limited to, sharing private content, reselling materials, leaking member-only resources, abusing community access, violating payment terms, misusing downloads, copying generator systems, sharing coded keys, reverse-engineering tools, or engaging in harmful conduct.

Termination of access does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as RICH OFF PROMPTS™ grows, changes, tests new tools, adds new features, updates generators, releases new content, creates memberships, offers downloads, or changes services.

The most current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website, account features, downloads, subscriptions, communities, generators, tools, or member access means you accept the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
